YIHENG BPHS-500A High and Low Temperature Damping heat testing chamber is a new generation of high and low temperature (alternating) sensible heat testing chamber. Features
1. Humanized design: Fluorine-free design, built-in water tank can be pulled out to add water, and there is a test hole on the left side of the box to facilitate experimental operation and Measuring temperature.
2. Quality assurance: brand Compressor and circulating fan are used to make the temperature distribution uniform, environmentally friendly refrigerant (R134a) has high efficiency and low energy consumption, unique air duct circulation system ensures uniform temperature and Humidity, imported 304 mirror stainless steel liner is easy to clean, and multi-stage programmable control realizes automatic operation.
3. Safety functions: independent temperature limit alarm system, high and low temperature and over-temperature alarm, Compressor overheating and overcurrent overload protection, fan overheating protection, water shortage protection.
4. Data processing: Can be connected to a printer or 485 Communication interface, with USB data transfer interface, display and print Temperature Humidity and Time Linear dispersion with a computer.

Programmable Touchscreen Controller: Color LCD touch control screen menu operation, Chinese and English interface optional, preset 100 sets of programs, screen lock function, P.I.D automatic calculation, RS-232/485 Communication interface, computer control software can monitor multiple devices and store data.
Principle
Adopt wet and dry bulb type or electric kiln type multi-functional multi-stage programmable temperature and Humidity controller, combined with fuzzy PID controller to achieve accurate temperature control and humidity control, with small fluctuation. Through brand Compressor and circulating fan with unique air duct circulation system, the working room temperature Humidity is evenly distributed to ensure a stable test environment.

Steps
1. Set the Humidity parameter through keyboard input or Touchscreen.
2. Preset a programmable program (up to 100 sets of 1000 steps and 999 cycles).
3. Start equipment operation and monitor Humidity Linear dispersion.
4. Use test holes for experimental operation and measurement.
5. Data can be transferred via USB interface or computer connection for storage and analysis.
Notice
• When the temperature exceeds the limit, the equipment will automatically interrupt operation and sound and light alarm, which needs to be dealt with in time.
• Pay attention to Compressor overheating, overcurrent and overload protection to ensure safe operation.
• Fan overheating and water shortage protection functions need to be checked regularly.
• Use the screen lock function to avoid human error in changing data or downtime.
• Communication interface is stable when controlled by computer.
