YIHENG BPHS-1000C High and Low Temperature Damping heat testing chamber is a new generation of high and low temperature (alternating) sensible heat testing chamber. It integrates the company's many years of box design experience and adopts humanized design concepts. 1. Humanized design: fluorine-free and environmentally friendly design, the built-in sink can be pulled out to add water, and there is a test hole on the left side of the box for easy operation.
2. Precise control: using wet and dry ball type or electric kiln type multi-functional multi-stage programmable temperature and Humidity controller, fuzzy PID controller, temperature and humidity control accurate fluctuations.

Principle
Adopt unique air duct circulation system to ensure uniform temperature and Humidity in the working room. Simplify the complex test process through multi-stage programmable control to achieve automatic control and operation. The controller has the function of P.I.D automatic calculation, which can immediately correct the temperature and Humidity change conditions, making the control more accurate and stable.

Steps
1. Set the Humidity parameter through keyboard input or Touchscreen.
2. Default program groups and steps, setting a maximum of 99 hours and 59 minutes per period.
3. Start the test, and the controller automatically runs and monitors the process.
4. Use test holes for experimental operation and measurement.
5. Data can be transferred through the USB interface or connected to a computer for display and printing.
Notice
• When the temperature exceeds the limit, the system automatically interrupts the operation and provides sound and light alarms to ensure safety.
• Avoid human touch screen lock function to prevent data change or downtime.
