Overview
YIHENG BHO-401A aging test chamber is a new generation product, which combines the company's many years of box design experience and is suitable for various aging test requirements. With programmable control function, temperature, time, heating rate and other programs can be programmed, and the exhaust damper opening and closing time can be preset to realize rapid heating aging test.

1. Humanized design: large-screen LCD display with multiple sets of data displayed on one screen, menu-type Operating interface is simple and easy to understand; mirror stainless steel liner four corners and half arc transition, shelf bracket free loading and unloading for easy cleaning; test room with low-speed swirl/spin test turntable to ensure consistent test results.
2. Multi-segment programmable controller (optional): Multi-segment LCD programmable controller displays a variety of parameters on one screen, menu-type Operating interface simplifies the complex test process; can set temperature, circulating wind speed, time, heating rate and other parameters to achieve temperature layer control, slow heating and automatic switch function; preset 7 groups of 63 steps can be programmed, each group of 9 steps, setting time 0~ 5999 minutes.
3. Self-diagnosis function: the LCD screen displays fault information when the fault occurs, and the running fault point is clear at a glance.
4. Convenient data processing (optional): can be connected to the printer, 485 Communication interface or USB data transfer interface, use the computer and printer to record the temperature and time Linear dispersion, support data storage and playback.
5. Safety function: independent temperature limit alarm system sound and light alarm prompts the operator to ensure safe operation; high or low temperature and over-temperature alarm (optional).
Principle
The aging test chamber is automatically controlled and operated by setting parameters such as temperature, time and heating rate through a programmable controller. The test chamber is equipped with a low-speed swirl/spin sample turntable, so that each sample can obtain consistent test results under the same temperature environment. The heating system heats up quickly, and the preset exhaust damper controls the air circulation to ensure the stability of the test process.
Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC 220V/50HZ.
2. Turn on the device and set the test parameters, such as temperature, time, heating rate, etc., through the large-screen LCD display.
3. Optional multi-stage programmable controller, preset program groups and steps.
4. Start the test and observe the running status of the display monitor.
5. After the test is completed, you can optionally connect a printer or computer for data processing.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets AC 220V/50HZ requirements to avoid overload.
