YIHENG BHO-402A aging test chamber is a new generation product, which combines the company's many years of successful experience in box design and is suitable for various aging test requirements. With programmable control function, temperature, time, heating rate and other programs can be programmed, and the exhaust damper opening and closing time can be preset to carry out heating aging test at an extremely fast speed.
Features
1. Humanized design: large-screen LCD screen, multiple sets of data are displayed on one screen, the menu-type Operating interface is simple and easy to understand; Mirror stainless steel liner, four corners and half arc transition, shelf bracket free loading and unloading for easy cleaning; The test room is equipped with a low-speed swirl/spinning sample turntable to ensure that the test sample obtains consistent test results under the same temperature environment.

Principle
The aging test chamber is automatically controlled and operated by setting parameters such as temperature, time and heating rate through a programmable controller. The test chamber is equipped with a low-speed swirl/spin sample turntable, so that each sample is subjected to aging test under the same temperature environment. The heating system heats up quickly, and the exhaust damper opening and closing time is preset to adjust the ventilation volume to ensure the efficient and stable test process.
Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC 220V/50HZ.
2. Open the device and enter the Menu Operating interface through the large LCD screen.
3. Set parameters such as temperature, time, and heating rate, and program multi-stage programs.
4. Preset the exhaust damper opening and closing time and ventilation volume.
5. Place the sample in the test chamber and start the low speed swirl/spin wheel.
6. Start the test, monitor the display data, and optionally connect an external device to record Linear dispersion.
7. After the test is completed, turn off the equipment and clean the studio.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets AC 220V/50HZ requirements to avoid overload.
• Check whether the equipment is in good condition before operation, and deal with any faults in time.
• Temperature range when setting parameters to prevent over-temperature alarm.
• Do not open the box door at will during the test, so as not to affect the Temperature uniformity.
