Overview
YIHENG LHS-250HC-I Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber (professional type) has a precise temperature and Humidity Control system, which can provide various simulated environmental conditions required for industrial research and biotechnology testing. It is widely used in Spinning & weaving, Food processing and other aseptic tests, Stability inspection and industrial product raw material performance, product Encasement, product life and other tests.
Features
1. Adopt fluorine-free design, meeting health and environmental protection requirements.
2. Mirror stainless steel liner, four corners and half arc design is easy to clean, and the shelf spacing in the box is adjustable.
3. Microcomputer temperature Humidity controller, using TMHM equilibrating Conditioning method, stable operation, accurate temperature and humidity control and safe and reliable.
4. Key components such as Compressor and Humidity Sensor are imported.
5. It is equipped with an independent temperature limit alarm system, which automatically interrupts when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safety of the experiment.
6. Can be equipped with a printer (Type I optional) to record changes in temperature and Humidity parameters.
7. Can be equipped with RS485 interface (optional) for connecting to a printer or computer.
8. There is a 25mm diameter test hole on the left side of the box, which is convenient for experimental operation and testing.
Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber realizes precise control of the environment in the box through microcomputer temperature Humidity controller and TMHM equilibrated Conditioning method. Key components such as Compressor and Humidity Sensor are imported to ensure stable and reliable operation of the system, which can maintain the set temperature and Humidity conditions.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply AC220V 50HZ to ensure that the working Ambient Temperature is 5~ 35 ℃.
2. Adjust the shelf spacing in the box as needed.
3. Set temperature and Humidity parameters through microcomputer controller.
4. Start the equipment, monitor the operating status, and use the test hole for experimental operation.
5. Optional printer or RS485 interface to record data.

Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, vibration-free, non-strong electromagnetic interference environment.
• Power supply voltage check before use meets AC220V 50HZ requirements.
• Pay attention to the independent temperature limit alarm system during operation to avoid over-temperature operation.
