Overview
The SMART SENSOR AR991 Moisture Tester is a Portable moisture measurement device for a variety of cereals and feeds. It uses the Resistance Method Measurement principle, has an LCD backlit display, Data storage, and voice reminders and automatic shutdown for easy operation and high accuracy.

Principle
Measurement principle of resistance method is used to determine the Moisture content indirectly by detecting the change of material resistance. When the material moisture changes, its resistance value changes accordingly. Sensor and analysis circuit are built in to quickly calculate the moisture percentage and display the result.

Steps
1. Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power, and install or replace 4 * 1.5AA batteries if necessary.
2. Turn on the instrument power, and the LCD screen will display the initial interface.
3. Place the material to be tested (such as grain or feed) in the measurement area.
4. The instrument automatically performs measurement and analyzes Moisture content by resistance method.
5. Read the moisture percentage results displayed on the LCD screen.
6. The instrument may provide a voice reminder to confirm the completion of the measurement.
7. Data is automatically stored and can be queried later.
8. Turn off the power after use or wait for the automatic shutdown to save power.
Notice
• Check the battery level before use to avoid affecting the Measurement accuracy due to low power.
• Ensure that the material to be tested is drying and free of impurities to obtain accurate results.
• In the measurement process, avoid violent vibration or environment disturbance.
• When the instrument is not in use, it is recommended to turn off the power to extend the Battery life.
• Regularly clean the instrument surface and Sensor to maintain good condition.
• Only suitable for specified material types, not for non-compatible items.
