The YIHENG BPH-9082 Precision thermostatic incubator is a professional device with a mirrored stainless steel liner and an intelligent Control system that provides precise temperature control and uniform temperature distribution for scientific experiments such as cell fostering.

Principle
The incubator precisely adjusts the temperature with a fuzzy PID controller, combined with a unique air duct circulation system to ensure uniform temperature in the studio. The circulating fan speed is automatically controlled to reduce the wind speed in the thermostatic state to adapt to the needs of cell growth. The multi-stage programmable controller allows the user to set complex parameters for automatic operation and layer heating.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to AC 220V 50Hz.
2. Set temperature, time and other parameters through the large-screen LCD screen and menu Operating interface.
3. Load and unload shelf brackets and place samples as needed.
4. Start the device, and the system automatically controls the temperature and fan speed.
5. Optional data processing function, connect the printer or USB interface to record data.
6. After use, clean the studio.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at + 5~ 35 ℃.
• To avoid sample volatilization caused by excessive air volume, the system automatically adjusts the wind speed.
• When malfunctioning, pay attention to the fault information prompt of the LCD screen.
• Optional functions such as independent temperature limit alarm and UV sterilization system require additional configuration.
• You can only choose one of three U disks, RS485/232, and printers among the options.
• Regularly clean the liner to prevent contamination.
