The YIHENG BPH-9162 precision thermostatic incubator is a professional thermostatic device with a mirror stainless steel liner and a unique air duct circulation system to ensure even temperature in the studio. Equipped with a large LCD screen and a fuzzy PID controller, the temperature control is precise and easy to operate, suitable for precision experimental environments such as cell foster.

Principle
The incubator precisely adjusts the temperature with a fuzzy PID controller, combined with the air duct circulation system to ensure uniform temperature in the studio. The circulating fan speed is automatically controlled according to the thermostatic state, and the wind speed is reduced when thermostatic to adapt to the needs of cell growth. Multi-segment programmable function allows users to set complex experimental parameters for automated operation.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to AC220V 50Hz.
2. Set parameters such as temperature and time through the large-screen LCD menu.
3. Use multi-segment programmable functions to preset experimental procedures (such as temperature layers).
4. Start the device and monitor the running status.
5. After the experiment, turn off the power and clean the liner.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at + 5~ 35 ℃.
• To avoid sample volatilization due to excessive air volume, the equipment will automatically adjust the wind speed.
• Check the LCD screen fault information when a failure occurs.
• Optional functions such as UV sterilization and Interface need to be configured on demand.
• Remove the shelf support when cleaning to ensure the hygiene of the liner.
