The YIHENG BPH-9272 precision thermostatic incubator is a high-performance thermostatic device with a mirror stainless steel liner and a unique air duct circulation system to ensure even temperature in the studio. Equipped with a large LCD screen and a fuzzy PID controller, the temperature control is precise and stable, suitable for precision experimental environments such as cell foster.

1. Humanized design: large-screen LCD screen displays multiple sets of data on one screen, menu-type Operating interface is simple and easy to understand; mirror stainless steel liner is easy to clean, and unique air duct circulation ensures uniform temperature; the right side of the box is equipped with 25mm test hole for easy wiring.
2. Quality assurance: The fuzzy PID controller has accurate temperature control and small fluctuations, with a timing function of up to 99 hours and 59 minutes; multi-stage programmable control realizes automatic operation.
3. Automatic control of circulating fan speed: automatically reduce the wind speed when thermostatic to avoid sample volatilization.
4. Self-diagnosis function: the LCD screen displays information when the fault occurs, and the running fault point is clear at a glance.
5. Convenient data processing (optional): can be connected to a printer or 485 Communication interface, USB data transfer interface supports computer recording.

Principle
The incubator precisely adjusts the temperature with a fuzzy PID controller, combined with a unique air duct circulation system to ensure even distribution of the temperature in the studio. The circulating fan speed is automatically adjusted according to the thermostatic state to avoid excessive wind speed affecting the sample. The multi-segment programmable function allows users to preset complex experimental parameters for automated control.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to AC220V 50Hz.
2. Set parameters such as temperature and time through the large-screen LCD display.
3. Use the multi-segment programmable function to preset the experimental program (optional).
4. Start the device and monitor the running status.
5. After the experiment, turn off the power and clean the liner.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be in the range of + 5~ 35 ℃.
• Optional functions such as independent temperature limit controller and UV sterilization system require additional configuration.
• Among the data processing options, U disk, RS485/232, and printer can only choose one of three.
• Pay attention to the alarm information displayed on the LCD screen when the fault occurs, and deal with it in time.
• Avoid operating under excessive temperature fluctuations or over-temperature conditions to prevent damage to the sample.
