Overview
The YIHENG GHP-9080 Water-Jacketed thermostatic incubator features a user-friendly design with a brushed stainless steel liner and Water-Jacketed Heating mode to ensure uniform temperature in the studio and maintain thermostatic for a long time after power failure. The microcomputer controller combines self-tuning PID technology to avoid temperature overshoot and has functions such as temperature, water level and door opening alarm to protect the safety of experimental samples.
Features
1. Humanized design: brushed stainless steel liner, four corners and half circle arc transition, shelf free loading and unloading, easy to clean; Water-Jacketed heating to ensure uniform temperature and power off thermostatic; Glass door can be opened at any time, automatically suspend work and cut off heating and fan.
2. Automatic control of circulating fan speed: When thermostatic, the wind speed is reduced, and it is adjusted to the wind speed suitable for cell growth to avoid sample volatilization.
3. LCD multi-segment programmable controller (with "N" model): multi-segment parameter one-screen display, menu-type Operating interface, simplify complex tests; can set temperature, wind speed, time, heating rate, etc., support layer control and automatic switch machine.
4. Safety function: independent temperature limit alarm system, sound and light alarm prompt; with low temperature, high temperature, over temperature, water shortage and long door opening time alarm.
5. Ultraviolet sterilization system (optional): regularly disinfect the box to kill floating bacteria and prevent cell fostering pollution.
Principle
The incubator uses Water-Jacketed Heating mode, which evenly transfers heat through the Water-jacketed structure to ensure a stable temperature in the studio. The microcomputer controller uses self-tuning PID technology to precisely adjust the temperature to avoid overshoot; the circulating fan speed automatically adjusts according to the temperature state, optimizing the wind speed to protect the sample. In the case of power failure, the water jacket is designed to maintain thermostatic for a long time.

Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at + 5~ 35 ℃.
• If the door is opened for too long, an alarm will be triggered, and it needs to be closed in time.
• When selecting RS485/232 and a printer, you can only choose one of the two.
• Regularly check the water level to avoid water shortage alarms.
• When using a UV sterilization system, ensure regular disinfection to prevent contamination.
