Overview
YIHENG GHP-9160N Water-Jacketed thermostatic incubator adopts Water-jacketed Heating mode, Temperature range is RT + 5~ 65 ℃, Temperature resolution 0.1 ℃, Fluctuation +/- 0.3 ℃, Uniformity +/- 0.5 ℃ (37 ℃). The device has user-friendly design, automatic fan control, multi-stage programmable controller and security alarm function, suitable for thermostatic experiments such as cell foster.

1. Principle
The incubator features Water-Jacketed Heating mode, which evenly transfers heat through the water jacket, ensuring a stable temperature in the studio. The microcomputer controller utilizes self-tuning PID technology to precisely adjust the temperature and avoid overshoot. The circulating fan speed is automatically adjusted according to the temperature state, and the wind speed is reduced when thermostatic to reduce sample volatilization. The multi-segment programmable function allows the user to set complex parameters for automated operation.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to AC220V 50Hz.
2. Set parameters such as temperature, wind speed, and time through the LCD controller.
3. Program multi-stage temperature control or automatic switch function as required.
4. Start the device and monitor the running status.
5. After the experiment, turn off the power.

• When opening the door, the device automatically suspends work, and be careful to avoid opening the door for a long time.
