Overview
YIHENG GMP-9270N Water-Jacketed thermostatic incubator uses Water-jacketed Heating mode, Temperature range is RT + 5~ 65 ℃, Temperature Fluctuation +/- 0.3 ℃, Uniformity +/- 0.5 ℃ (37 ℃). It has a user-friendly design, including brushed stainless steel liner, free-loading shelf, easy-to-observe Glass door and microcomputer controller, suitable for experimental environments such as cell foster.
Features
1. Humanized design: brushed stainless steel liner, four corners and half circle arc transition, shelf can be freely loaded and unloaded; Water-Jacketed heating, can still maintain thermostatic after power failure; Glass door can be opened at any time, automatically suspend work and cut off heating and fan; Microcomputer controller has self-tuning PID technology to avoid temperature overshoot, support temperature, water level and door opening alarm.
2. Automatic control of circulating fan speed: automatically adjust the wind speed according to the temperature state to avoid sample volatilization.
3. LCD multi-segment programmable controller: multi-segment parameter one-screen display, menu operation, support temperature, wind speed, time and heating rate programming, realize layer control and automatic switch machine.
4. Safety function: independent temperature limit alarm system, sound and light alarm, support low temperature, high temperature, over temperature, water shortage and long door opening time alarm.
5. Ultraviolet sterilization system (optional): can be regularly disinfected to prevent cell fostering contamination.
Principle
The incubator uses Water-Jacketed Heating mode, which guarantees uniform temperature in the studio through Water-jacketed structure, and can still maintain thermostatic after power failure. The microcomputer controller uses self-tuning PID technology to precisely control the temperature, and the circulating fan speed is automatically adjusted according to the temperature to avoid excessive wind speed affecting the sample. Multi-stage programmable function allows setting temperature layer and Miscellaneous parameters for automated operation.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC220V 50Hz.
2. Glass doors open, load and unload shelves and place samples as needed.
3. Use a microcomputer controller to set parameters such as temperature, time, and circulating wind speed.
4. Start the device, the incubator automatically heats and controls the temperature.
5. Glass doors can be opened at any time during the experiment, and the equipment automatically stops working.
6. After the experiment, turn off the equipment and clean the liner.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at + 5~ 35 ℃.
• Avoid opening the Glass door for a long time when the equipment is running to prevent the alarm from triggering.
• Regularly check the water level to prevent water shortage alarms.
• When using the optional UV sterilization system, follow the safe operation guidelines.
• Power supply voltage matching to avoid overload.
• When cleaning the liner, use a mild detergent to avoid damaging the stainless steel surface.
