YIHENG DHP-9031B microbial incubator is a laboratory equipment specially designed for microbial foster, using mirror stainless steel liner and natural convection circulation method, equipped with LCD controller and observation window, suitable for cell foster, bacterial foster and other experimental environments.

10. Ultraviolet sterilization system (optional), regularly disinfect the box to kill floating bacteria and prevent contamination.
Principle
The microbial incubator precisely adjusts the temperature through the fuzzy PID controller, and adopts the natural convection cycle to keep the temperature in the box uniform and stable to avoid noise and sample volatilization. Optional multi-stage programmable controller can realize automatic temperature and time control, and ultraviolet sterilization system for internal disinfection.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC 220V 50Hz.
2. Open the box door and place the sample on the shelf.
3. Set parameters such as temperature and time through the LCD controller, and choose the programming mode.
4. Start the device and observe that the temperature is stable within the set range.
5. Monitor the sample status through the observation window during the experiment.
6. At the end of the experiment, turn off the power and clean the liner.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at + 5~ 35 ℃.
• To avoid over-temperature use, pay attention to the prompts of the independent temperature limit alarm system (if optional).
• Regularly clean the mirror stainless steel liner to prevent contamination.
• When using the UV sterilization system (optional), make sure that there is no human operation in the box.
• Optional parts such as multi-stage programmable controller, independent temperature limiting controller, etc. need additional booking, and the delivery period may be extended.
