Overview
The YIHENG DHP-9051 microbial incubator is a device specially designed for microbial incubation. It uses a mirrored stainless steel liner for easy cleaning, and the natural convection cycle is noiseless and avoids sample volatilization. The box door is equipped with an observation window for experimental observation. It is equipped with a fuzzy PID controller for precise temperature control and a timing function.

Principle
The microbial incubator precisely adjusts the temperature through the fuzzy PID controller, and adopts the natural convection cycle to keep the temperature in the box uniform and stable. The optional multi-stage programmable controller can automatically set and operate parameters such as temperature, time and heating rate, and the ultraviolet sterilization system disinfects the air in the box.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to AC 220V 50Hz.
2. Set the temperature parameters through the controller (Temperature range RT + 5~ 65 ℃).
3. For programming, use a multi-stage programmable controller to set the temperature, time, and heating rate.
4. Start the equipment and observe the experimental process in the box.
5. After the experiment, turn off the power.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at + 5~ 35 ℃.
• The independent temperature limit alarm system is an optional function, and the temperature needs to be manually monitored when it is not optional.
• The UV sterilization system is an optional function and needs to be used regularly to prevent contamination.
Avoid operating in humid or flammable environments.
• Use a soft cloth when cleaning the liner to avoid scratching the mirror stainless steel.
