Overview
The YIHENG DHP-9121 microbial incubator is a device specially designed for microbial foster. It uses a mirror stainless steel liner for easy cleaning, and the natural convection cycle is noiseless and avoids sample volatilization. It is equipped with a fuzzy PID controller for precise temperature control and timing functions. Optional safety and disinfection components such as independent temperature limit alarms and UV sterilization systems support multi-stage programmable control to simplify complex experimental processes.
Features
1. Mirror stainless steel liner for easy studio cleaning.
2. Natural convection cycle mode, no noise, avoid sample volatilization.
3. The box door observation window is convenient for observing the experimental process.
4. Fuzzy PID controller, with accurate temperature control and small fluctuations, with timing function, the maximum time setting is 99 hours and 59 minutes.
5. Optional independent temperature limit alarm system, exceeding the limit temperature automatically interrupts to ensure safety.
6. Optional multi-segment LCD programmable controller, one-screen display Multi-Parameter, menu operation, automatic control.
7. Optional ultraviolet sterilization system, regular disinfection box, effectively prevent cell foster pollution.
Principle
The microbial incubator maintains uniform temperature in the box through a natural convection cycle, without noise and avoiding sample volatilization. The fuzzy PID controller is used to precisely adjust the temperature, with low Fluctuation and timing function. The optional multi-stage programmable controller allows setting parameters such as temperature, time and heating rate to achieve layer heating and automatic operation. Safety systems such as independent temperature limit alarms automatically interrupt operation when the temperature exceeds, and ultraviolet sterilization systems can sterilize the air in the box.
Applications
Microbial foster, cell foster, laboratory research
Steps
1. Connect the power supply to AC 220V 50Hz.
2. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the controller.
3. Place the sample on the shelf.
4. Start the device and observe the running status.
5. Turn off the power after the experiment and clean the liner.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be in the range of + 5~ 35 ℃.
• To avoid over-temperature operation, an independent temperature limit alarm system can be selected to enhance safety.
• Regularly clean the mirror stainless steel liner to maintain hygiene.
• Be careful to avoid direct sunlight when using the observation window.
• Optional functions such as multi-stage programmable controller and ultraviolet sterilization system require additional books.
