Overview
The SMART SENSOR AS971 Moisture Tester is a Portable measurement device based on the principle of resistance method, suitable for Moisture content detection of various materials such as wood. The instrument has a 2% to 70% Measurement range, is equipped with an LCD backlit display, built-in Data storage function, is powered by 3 1.5V AAA batteries, and weighs only 100g. It is easy to carry and use on site.

Principle
The Moisture Tester uses the Resistance Method Measurement principle to calculate the Moisture content by detecting the change of the resistance value of the material. The instrument completes the measurement and displays the result within 1 second, with a resolution of 0.5%.

Steps
1. Install 3 1.5V AAA batteries
2. Select the corresponding wood measurement gear
3. Contact the test Probe with the surface of the tested material
4. Read the measurement results on the LCD display
5. Instrument automatically stores measurement data
