Principle
The moisture tester adopts the principle of resistance method to indirectly determine the Moisture content by measuring the resistance change of the material, and realizes fast and non-Destructiveness detection.
Steps
1. Install a 3 * 1.5V AAA battery; 2. Turn on the power supply of the device; 3. Contact the test Probe with the material to be tested; 4. Read the moisture percentage data on the LCD display; 5. The device automatically stores the data; 6. Turn off the power or wait for the automatic shutdown after use.
Notice
• Do not use beyond the working ambient temperature range (0 ℃~ 40 ℃); • Ensure that the battery is fully charged to avoid low electricity affecting the Measurement accuracy; • Keep the test Probe clean during use to prevent pollution from affecting the results; • Avoid moisture or water immersion in the equipment; • Remove the battery when not in use for a long time; • Only for measurement of moisture in the specified material, not for Miscellaneous purposes.
