Overview
The SMART SENSOR AS63A Vibration Measuring Instrument is a High Accuracy Vibration measuring instrument with a Piezoelectric Acceleration Meter for the measurement of Acceleration, Speed and Displacement parameters. The instrument features automatic range switching, backlit display and automatic shutdown. Encasement in an aluminum case makes it highly portable.
Features
1. Acceleration measurement mode
2. Acceleration Measurement range 0.1~ 199.9m/s ²
3. Measurement range 0.1~ 199.9mm/s
4. Measurement range 0.001~ 1.999mm
5. With automatic switching range function
6. Equipped with backlight display function
7. Support automatic shutdown function
8.3.5 digits LCD display
9.Lightweight and portable, weight only 147g
10. Encasement of aluminum box, good protection performance
Principle
The instrument senses the vibration signal through the piezoelectric ceramic Acceleration meter, converts the mechanical vibration into an electrical signal, and displays the Measured value of Acceleration, Speed or Displacement on the LCD display after internal circuit processing. The instrument has different Frequency range settings, and the corresponding Frequency mode can be selected according to the measurement needs.
Applications
Machinery vibration monitoring, industrial equipment maintenance, swirling/spinning machinery testing, vibration analysis and evaluation
Steps
1. Install a 9V battery
2. Measurement mode (Acceleration/Speed/Displacement)
3. Frequency range according to measurement requirements
4. Contact the Sensor with the Measured Object
5. Read the measurement value on the LCD display
6. Shut down in time after use or wait for automatic shutdown
Notice
• Operating temperature range is 0~ 40 ℃, do not use in environments beyond this range
• The measurement error is +/- 10% Hz +/- 2digits, please pay attention to the accuracy requirements when using
• Please use the specified 9V battery for power supply
• Avoid Strong Impact or Vibration on Instruments
• Please shut down in time to save power when not in use for a long time
• Keep Sensor contact surface clean to ensure measurement accuracy
