Overview
The SMART SENSOR AS8900 4-in-1 Gas detector is a Portable Gas detection device that simultaneously detects oxygen (O2), carbon monoxide (CO), hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and combustible gases (Ex). The instrument uses the principle of Electrochemical sensor, with sound and light alarm function, suitable for a variety of industrial environments. Operating temperature range is -10~ 50 ℃, Humidity is 15~ 95% RH, equipped with 3.7V lithium battery, lightweight only 200g, easy to carry and use.

Principle
The gas detector uses the principle of Electrochemical sensor. The target gas (oxygen, carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide and combustible gas) is detected by Sensor. When the gas concentration exceeds a preset threshold, the instrument alarms by sound and light. The detection process is based on electrochemistry. The Sensor converts the gas concentration into an electrical signal, which is processed by the internal circuit and displayed on the segmented LCD screen.

Steps
1. Power on: Press the power button to start the instrument.
2. Self-test: Sensor self-test is automatically performed after the instrument is started.
3. Detection: Place the instrument in the environment to be tested and wait for the reading to stabilize.
4. Alarm settings: Set the Alarm threshold as required (if applicable).
5. Data reading: View gas concentration data through a segmented LCD screen.
6. Shutdown: Turn off the power after use.

• Do not use beyond Ambient Temperature -10~ 50 ℃ or Humidity 15~ 95% RH.
• Avoid strong Impact or immersion in water.
• Regularly calibrate Sensors to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Please use the specified model KXD-N3310 when charging the battery, and the maximum open circuit voltage should not exceed 4.2V.
• When using in a combustible gas environment, pay attention to explosion-proof safety.
• If the instrument issues an alarm, take appropriate safety measures immediately.
