YIHENG DZF-6094A Vacuum oven is a new generation product. Based on the company's many years of successful experience in box heating, it has overcome the bottleneck in the heat conduction process through dedicated research and found a good heat conduction method. The drying oven is specially designed for drying heat-sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances. It can be filled with inert gas internally, and is especially suitable for rapid drying of complex items.
Features
1. Cuboid studio, with large effective volume utilization rate, accurate and reliable temperature control by microcomputer temperature controller.
2. Tempered, bulletproof double-decked Glass doors observe the objects in the work room at a glance and can be filled with inert gas into the interior.

Shelf direct heating and control: Each Shelf has a separate temperature sensor and control loop, Accurate Response to different loads drying; shelf independent display and control setting, monitoring temperature and timing; heating components are directly placed under the shelf, no temperature deviation, accurate measurement, stable temperature control; heating and operation time is more than 50% shorter than the bundled heating type around the liner.
Principle
Vacuum oven reduces the pressure in the box by vacuuming, reducing Oxygen content, preventing oxidation and analysis of substances. At the same time, the direct Heating mode of Shelf is adopted, each Shelf is equipped with an independent temperature sensor and control circuit to ensure accurate temperature control, and the heating element is placed directly under the shelf to improve the heat conduction efficiency and shorten the heating time.
