Overview
The BPZ-6933LC Vacuum oven produced by YIHENG Instrument has the characteristics of short heating time, accurate control, safety and reliability, and can smoothly dry heat-sensitive substances and easy oxidation substances. The product adopts digital pressure sensor and microcomputer automatic control Vacuum Level and vacuum pump.
Features
1. Cuboid studio, with large effective volume utilization rate, accurate and reliable temperature control by microcomputer temperature controller.
2. Tempered, bulletproof double-decked Glass doors are easy to observe indoor objects and can be filled with inert gas.
3. The box door is closed and elastic and adjustable, and the integrated silicone rubber door sealing ring ensures a high Vacuum Level.
4. The studio is made of stainless steel, which is durable and easy to clean.
5. It can be stored, heated, tested and dried in an oxygen-free or inert gas environment to avoid oxidation.
6. The drying time is shortened by more than 50% compared with the traditional Vacuum oven.
Principle
The Vacuum oven automatically controls the Vacuum Level and vacuum pump through a microcomputer, and uses a digital pressure sensor to achieve accurate Vacuum Level control. The drying process can be programmed to control the vacuum cycle, setting the highest and lowest Vacuum Level values to shorten the drying time. The number of cycles can reach 99 times. Humidity decreases and drying speed increases as the cycle progresses.

Steps
1. Direct programming in the Operating interface, preset 7 groups of 63 steps to program.
2. Set the time range for each group to 1-99 hours and 59 minutes.
3. Preset boot and shutdown times.
4. Control the Vacuum Level in the range of 10~ 105Pa through the panel, and the control accuracy is +/- 1%.
5. Set the temperature program, you can choose the traditional mode or slope mode.
Notice
Make sure the door is properly closed to maintain a high Vacuum Level.
Check the vacuum pump and Sensor status before use.
Avoid operating outside the specified Vacuum Level.
When cleaning the studio, use appropriate methods to protect the stainless steel surface.
Pay attention to the reasonable setting of temperature and time parameters when programming.
