Overview
The BPZ-6503LC Vacuum oven produced by YIHENG Instruments has the characteristics of short heating time, accurate control, safety and reliability, and can smoothly dry heat-sensitive substances and easy oxidation substances. The product uses a digital pressure sensor to automatically control the Vacuum Level and vacuum pump through a microcomputer.
Features
1. Cuboid studio, with large effective volume utilization rate, accurate and reliable temperature control by microcomputer temperature controller.
2. Tempered, bulletproof double-decked Glass doors can be used to observe objects in the work room at a glance and can be filled with inert gas.
3. The box door is closed and elastic and adjustable, and the integrally formed silicone rubber door sealing ring ensures a high Vacuum Level in the box.

Principle
Vacuum drying process control provides a programmed vacuum cycle to shorten the drying time by setting the highest and lowest Vacuum Level values. For example, set the minimum Vacuum Level 50Pa, the maximum Vacuum Level 900Pa, the number of cycles is 6 times, and as the Humidity of the cycle continues to decrease, the drying speed is accelerated, and the maximum number of cycles can reach 99 times. Vacuum Level control adopts digital technology, and automatically controls the Vacuum Level in the range of 10~ 105Pa through a digital vacuum meter. The control accuracy is +/- 1%. Vacuum Sensor uses a resistance silicon tube pressure sensor to ensure a stable pressure value.
Steps
1. Direct programming in the Operating interface, preset 7 groups of 63 steps to program.
2. Each set time is 1-99 hours and 59 minutes, and the boot and shutdown time can be preset.
3. Set vacuum cycle parameters, such as Minimum Vacuum Level, Maximum Vacuum Level, and number of cycles.
4. Set the temperature control program, and use the "temperature-time-temperature" format to define the heating or cooling process when using slope mode.

Vacuum ovens use digital technology to control Vacuum Levels, and manual control is a thing of the past.
