Overview
The BPZ-6123LC Vacuum oven produced by YIHENG Instruments has the characteristics of short heating time, accurate control, safety and reliability, and can smoothly dry heat-sensitive substances and easy oxidation substances. The product adopts digital pressure sensor and microcomputer automatic control Vacuum Level and vacuum pump.

Principle
The Vacuum oven controls the Vacuum Level through digital technology, and automatically controls the Vacuum Level with a resistance silicon tube pressure sensor, with a control accuracy of +/- 1%. Through programmed vacuum cycle control, the highest and lowest Vacuum Level values are set. Humidity continues to decrease as the cycle progresses, and the drying speed is accelerated. The maximum number of cycles can reach 99 times.

Steps
1. Direct programming in the Operating interface, preset 7 groups of 63 steps to program
2. Set each group time to 1-99 hours and 59 minutes
3. Preset boot and shutdown times
4. Control any two points or areas of Vacuum Level in the range of 10~ 105Pa through the panel
5. Set the temperature program, can use traditional program control mode or slope mode program control
