Overview
The BPZ-6213LCB Vacuum oven produced by YIHENG Instruments has the characteristics of short heating time, accurate control, safety and reliability, and can smoothly dry heat-sensitive substances and easy oxidation substances. The product uses a digital pressure sensor to automatically control the Vacuum Level and vacuum pump through a microcomputer.
Features

Principle
The Vacuum oven uses digital technology to control the Vacuum Level, and automatically controls the Vacuum Level through the digital vacuum gauge to provide accurate and effective Vacuum Level control. The vacuum gauge uses a resistance silicon tube pressure sensor to ensure a stable pressure value and is not affected by airflow. The temperature control has 7 sets of 63-step programmable functions, which support traditional program control mode and slope mode program control, and realize precise control of each process of heating, thermostatic or cooling.
Steps
1. Set the highest and lowest Vacuum Level according to the requirements, and carry out programmed vacuum cycle control.
2. Direct programming in the Operating interface, preset 7 groups of 63 steps can be programmed, and the setting time of each group is 1-99 hours and 59 minutes.
3. Control any two points or areas between Vacuum Levels in the range of 10~ 105Pa through the panel.
4. Set the temperature, thermostatic time or use the slope mode program control to define the temperature change process.
