Overview
The BPZ-6123LCB Vacuum oven produced by YIHENG Instrument has the characteristics of short heating time, accurate control, safety and reliability, and can smoothly dry heat-sensitive substances and easy oxidation substances. The product adopts digital pressure sensor and microcomputer automatic control Vacuum Level and vacuum pump.
Features

2. Tempered, bulletproof double-decked Glass doors are easy to observe indoor objects and can be filled with inert gas.

Principle
Vacuum oven controls Vacuum Level through digital technology, using resistance silicon tube pressure sensor to automatically control Vacuum Level, which is not affected by air flow to ensure stable pressure value. Temperature control supports programmed mode, including traditional program and slope mode, to achieve precise rate control of heating, thermostatic and cooling processes.

Steps
1. Direct programming in the Operating interface, preset 7 groups of 63 steps can be programmed, and the setting time of each group is 1-99 hours and 59 minutes.
2. Set the highest and lowest Vacuum Level values, control the vacuum cycle, the minimum Vacuum Level is 50Pa, the maximum Vacuum Level is 900Pa, and the number of cycles can reach 99 times.
3. Control the Vacuum Level in the range of 10~ 105Pa through the panel, and the control accuracy is +/- 1%.
4. Set the temperature program and define the temperature change using traditional mode or slope mode.
Notice
• Ensure that the door closure is properly adjusted to maintain a high Vacuum Level.
Operate in an oxygen-free or inert gas environment to prevent oxidation of substances.
• Pay attention to the time setting range when programming, and avoid exceeding 1-99 hours and 59 minutes.
When controlling the Vacuum Level, ensure that it operates within the range of 10 to 105 Pa.
