Overview
The BPZ-6093LC Vacuum oven produced by YIHENG Instruments has the characteristics of short heating time, accurate control, safety and reliability, and can smoothly dry heat-sensitive substances and easy oxidation substances. The product adopts digital pressure sensor and microcomputer automatic control Vacuum Level and vacuum pump to ensure efficient drying process.
Features

2. Tempered, bulletproof double-decked Glass doors are easy to observe indoor objects and can be filled with inert gas.
3. The box door is closed and elastic and adjustable, and the integrated silicone rubber door seal ensures a high Vacuum Level.
4. The studio is made of stainless steel, which is durable and easy to clean.
5. It can be stored, heated, tested and dried in an oxygen-free or inert gas environment to avoid oxidation.
6. The drying time is shortened by more than 50% compared with the traditional Vacuum oven.
Principle
The Vacuum oven controls the Vacuum Level digitally, using a resistive silicon tube pressure sensor to automatically adjust the vacuum value, which is not affected by air flow and ensures a stable pressure display. The drying process can be programmed to control the vacuum cycle, setting the highest and lowest Vacuum Level values, and accelerating Humidity reduction and drying speed through the number of cycles. Temperature control supports programmable functions, including traditional mode and slope mode, for precise rate control of heating, thermostatic and cooling processes.

Steps
1. Direct programming in the Operating interface, preset 7 groups of 63 steps can be programmed, and the setting time of each group is 1-99 hours and 59 minutes.
2. Set vacuum cycle parameters, such as minimum and maximum Vacuum Levels and cycle times.
3. Control the Vacuum Level through the panel in the range of 10~ 105Pa, with an accuracy of +/- 1%.
4. Set the temperature program and use the temperature~ thermostatic time or temperature-time-temperature format to define the heating and cooling process.
5. Preset the boot and shutdown time to start the drying process.

• Ensure that the door is properly closed to maintain a high Vacuum Level.
