Overview
The BPZ-6093LCB Vacuum oven produced by YIHENG Instrument has the characteristics of short heating time, accurate control, safety and reliability, and can smoothly dry heat-sensitive substances and easy oxidation substances. The product adopts digital pressure sensor and microcomputer automatic control Vacuum Level and vacuum pump.

Principle
The Vacuum oven automatically controls the Vacuum Level via a digital pressure sensor and microcomputer, providing a programmed vacuum cycle to accelerate the drying process. The Vacuum Level control uses digital technology and automatically adjusts through a digital vacuum gauge to ensure that the stable pressure value is not affected by the airflow. The temperature control supports programmable functions, including traditional mode and slope mode, for precise rate control of heating, thermostatic and cooling processes.

Steps
1. Set the highest and lowest Vacuum Level values as required, such as the minimum Vacuum Level 50Pa and the maximum Vacuum Level 900Pa.
2. Set the number of cycles, such as 6, up to a maximum of 99.
3. Operating interface direct programming, preset 7 groups of 63 steps can be programmed.
4. Each set time is 1-99 hours and 59 minutes, and the preset boot and shutdown time.
5. Control the Vacuum Level through the panel in the range of 10~ 105Pa, with an accuracy of +/- 1%.
6. Use the temperature programmable function to set the temperature, thermostatic time or slope mode.
