Overview
The BPZ-6063LC Vacuum oven produced by YIHENG Instruments has the characteristics of short heating time, accurate control, safety and reliability, and can smoothly dry heat-sensitive substances and easy oxidation substances. The product adopts digital pressure sensor and microcomputer automatic control Vacuum Level and vacuum pump to ensure efficient drying process.
Features
1. Cuboid studio design, effective volume utilization, equipped with a microcomputer temperature controller, accurate and reliable temperature control.
2. Tempered bulletproof double-decked Glass door, easy to observe indoor objects, can be filled with inert gas.
3. The box door is closed and elastic and adjustable, and the silicone rubber door sealing ring is integrally formed to ensure a high Vacuum Level.

5. It can be stored, heated, tested and dried in an oxygen-free or inert gas environment to prevent oxidation.

Principle
The Vacuum oven controls the Vacuum Level digitally, using a resistive silicon tube pressure sensor to automatically adjust the vacuum value, which is not affected by the air flow and ensures a stable pressure. The drying process supports programmed vacuum cycles, setting the highest and lowest Vacuum Level values, and accelerating Humidity reduction and drying speed through the number of cycles. The temperature control adopts programmable functions to achieve precise rate control of heating, thermostatic and cooling processes.

Steps
1. Default vacuum cycle parameters in the Operating interface, such as minimum and maximum Vacuum Level values and cycle times.
2. Set the temperature program, you can choose the traditional mode or slope mode to define the temperature and time.
3. Start the equipment to automatically control the Vacuum Level and Temperature process.
4. Monitor the drying process and observe the Vacuum Level and temperature data through the LED display.
Notice
• Ensure that the door closure is properly adjusted to maintain a high Vacuum Level.
Operate in an oxygen-free or inert gas environment to avoid oxidation of substances.
• Pay attention to the parameter setting range when programming, such as Vacuum Level control between 10 and 105 Pa.
• Power supply voltage is AC 220V 50Hz before use to avoid overload.
• Use appropriate methods when cleaning the studio to keep the stainless steel surface intact.
