Overview
The BPZ-6063LCB Vacuum oven produced by YIHENG Instruments has the characteristics of short heating time, accurate control, safety and reliability, and can smoothly dry heat-sensitive substances and easy oxidation substances. The product adopts digital pressure sensor and microcomputer automatic control Vacuum Level and vacuum pump.
Features
1. Cuboid studio, with large effective volume utilization rate, accurate and reliable temperature control by microcomputer temperature controller.
2. Tempered, bulletproof double-decked Glass doors observe indoor objects and can be filled with inert gas.
3. The box door is closed and elastic and adjustable, and the integrated silicone rubber door sealing ring ensures a high Vacuum Level in the box.
4. The studio is made of stainless steel sheet material, which is durable and easy to clean.
5. Storage, heating, testing and drying can be carried out in an oxygen-free or inert gas environment to prevent oxidation.
6. The drying time is shortened by more than 50%.
Principle
Vacuum oven controls the Vacuum Level through digital technology, and uses a resistance silicon tube pressure sensor to automatically control the Vacuum Level to ensure that the stable pressure value is not affected by the airflow. Temperature control supports programmed vacuum cycle and slope mode to achieve precise temperature rise and fall rate control.

Steps
1. Set the highest and lowest Vacuum Level values, such as the minimum Vacuum Level 50Pa and the maximum Vacuum Level 900Pa.
2. Set the number of cycles, up to a maximum of 99.
3. Operating interface direct programming, preset 7 groups of 63 steps can be programmed.
4. Set each group time to 1-99 hours and 59 minutes, and preset the boot and shutdown time.
5. Control the Vacuum Level in the range of 10~ 105Pa through the panel.
