Overview
The BPZ-6033LC Vacuum oven produced by YIHENG Instrument has the characteristics of short heating time, accurate control, safety and reliability, and can smoothly dry heat-sensitive substances and easy oxidation substances. The product adopts digital pressure sensor and microcomputer automatic control Vacuum Level and vacuum pump to achieve efficient drying.
Features

2. Tempered, bulletproof double-decked Glass doors are easy to observe indoor objects and can be filled with inert gas.
3. The box door is closed and elastic and adjustable, and the integrated silicone rubber door sealing ring ensures a high Vacuum Level.
4. The studio is made of stainless steel, which is durable and easy to clean.
5. It can be stored, heated, tested and dried in an oxygen-free or inert gas environment to avoid oxidation.
6. The drying time is shortened by more than 50% compared with the traditional Vacuum oven.
Principle
The Vacuum oven automatically controls the Vacuum Level and vacuum pump through a microcomputer, and uses a digital pressure sensor to achieve precise Vacuum Level control. The drying process can be programmed to control the vacuum cycle, setting the highest and lowest Vacuum Level values, and accelerating the drying through the number of cycles. Humidity decreases with the cycle. Temperature control supports programmable functions, including traditional mode and slope mode, for precise rate control of heating, thermostatic, and cooling processes.

Steps
1. Set the highest and lowest Vacuum Level values as required, such as minimum 50Pa and maximum 900Pa.
2. Set the number of cycles, up to 99 times.
3. Operating interface direct programming, preset 7 groups of 63 steps can be programmed.
4. Set the time range for each group to 1-99 hours and 59 minutes.
5. Preset boot and shutdown times.
6. Control the Vacuum Level through the panel in the range of 10~ 105Pa, with an accuracy of +/- 1%.
7. Use the temperature programmable function to set the temperature, thermostatic time or slope mode.
