Overview
The BPZ-6033LCB Vacuum oven produced by YIHENG Instruments has the characteristics of short heating time, accurate control, safety and reliability, and can smoothly dry heat-sensitive substances and easy oxidation substances. The equipment uses digital pressure sensors and microcomputers to automatically control Vacuum Levels and vacuum pumps to ensure efficient drying process.
Features

2. Tempered, bulletproof double-decked Glass doors are easy to observe indoor objects and can be filled with inert gas.

4. The studio is made of stainless steel, which is durable and easy to clean.
5. It can be stored, heated, tested and dried in an oxygen-free or inert gas environment to avoid oxidation.
6. The drying time is shortened by more than 50% compared with the traditional Vacuum oven.
Principle
Vacuum oven controls the Vacuum Level through digital technology, and uses a resistance silicon tube pressure sensor to automatically adjust the vacuum value, which is not affected by air flow and ensures a stable pressure display. Temperature control supports programmable functions, including traditional mode and slope mode, to achieve precise rate control of heating, thermostatic and cooling processes.

Steps
1. Set the Vacuum Level range, such as minimum 50Pa, maximum 900Pa.
2. Set the number of cycles, up to 99 times.
3. Through the Operating interface programming, preset 7 groups of 63-step programs, each group time is 1-99 hours and 59 minutes.
4. Control Vacuum Level in the range of 10~ 105Pa, accuracy +/- 1%.
5. Set the temperature program, including temperature, thermostatic time or slope mode.
Notice
Make sure the door is closed tightly to maintain a high Vacuum Level.
Operate in an oxygen-free or inert gas environment to prevent oxidation.
Pay attention to the accuracy of temperature and time settings when programming.
