Overview
The SMART SENSOR AS8908 is an ozone detector with both diffusion and pump sampling methods. The instrument uses Optical inspection Sensor, with a range of 0~ 1ppm and a resolution of 1ppm. It has triple alarm functions of sound, light and vibration, and is suitable for ozone concentration monitoring in various environments.
Features
1. Both diffusion and pump sampling methods are available to adapt to different detection scenarios.
2. Optical inspection Sensor principle, high detection accuracy.
3. Equipped with a triple alarm mode of sound, light and vibration, the warning effect is significant.
4. Alarm point (low/high) and alarm value can be set, flexible response to different safety standards.
5. The body is light and portable, the weight is only 200g, and the dimensions are 120.2 * 64.5 * 38.3mm.
6. Built-in 3.7V lithium battery power supply, strong battery life.
7. Strong environmental adaptability, temperature range -10~ 50 ℃, humidity range 15~ 95% RH.
Principle
The instrument allows ozone gas in the environment to enter the detection chamber by diffusion or active suction of the built-in sampling pump. The built-in Optical inspection Sensor measures the concentration of ozone according to the absorption characteristics of specific wavelengths of ultraviolet light, and displays the data in real time. When the concentration exceeds the preset alarm value, the instrument will trigger sound, light and vibration alarms.
Applications
Industrial process monitoring, environment air mass assessment, laboratory studies, sewage treatment plants, Food processing and storage sites, Sterilization areas in health care facilities
Standards
The product information does not mention specific compliance standards.
Steps
1. Press the power button for a long time to turn it on and wait for the instrument self-test to complete.
2. According to the detection requirements, choose the diffusion type (natural contact) or connect the sampling tube to use the pump suction type for sampling.
3. Place the instrument Probe in the gas environment to be tested or use a sampling tube to extract the gas.
4. Read real-time ozone concentration values on the instrument screen.
5. Set the high and low alarm threshold through the menu.
6. After the test is completed, shut down and store it properly.
Notice
Do not use in an environment beyond the specified temperature and humidity range, so as not to damage the instrument or affect the measurement accuracy.
• Avoid strong impact or falling of the instrument.
• Periodically calibrate to ensure the accuracy of test data.
When calling the police, please take appropriate safety measures immediately and evacuate to the high concentration area.
• Please use the original charger to charge the battery.
• Sensors have a certain lifespan, and it is necessary to pay attention to their effective lifespan.
