YIHENG MJ-500F-ⅰ mildew incubator is a high-efficiency and energy-saving special thermostatic equipment. It adopts brand Compressor and circulating fan to effectively reduce energy consumption and noise, and reduce cooling time by more than 40% compared with traditional low temperature equipment. It is suitable for scientific research, universities and production departments such as environment protection, drug inspection, agriculture and livestock, aquatic products, etc. It is used for water body analysis, BOD determination, bacteria, mold, microbial foster preservation, plant cultivation and breeding tests.

Principle
Mildew incubator achieves high-efficiency refrigeration and air circulation through brand Compressors and circulating fans. The microcomputer PID temperature controller precisely adjusts the temperature in the box to ensure a thermostatic environment. The third speed of the circulating fan controls the air volume to avoid sample volatilization. The independent temperature limit alarm system automatically interrupts the operation when the temperature is abnormal to ensure safety.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to AC 220V 50Hz.
2. Set the required temperature (0~ 60 ℃) and Timer Range (1~ 9999min) through the microcomputer PID temperature controller.
3. Adjust the shelf spacing and circulating fan speed as needed.
4. Start the equipment to conduct foster experiments and monitor temperature changes.
5. Turn off the power after the experiment.

• Ambient Temperature should be kept at + 5~ 30 ℃.
• Input Power is 2250W, make sure the power supply matches.
• Independent temperature limit alarm system is an optional function, please buy it if you need to use it.
• Printer, RS485 interface and other functions are optional and can be purchased according to needs.
