Overview
YIHENG BPZ-6140-3 multi-box Vacuum oven is suitable for heat treatment in vacuum state such as defoaming, dehydrating, hardening and drying after washing in the production process of electronic products. It is widely used in vacuum drying treatment of lithium-ion batteries, LED photoelectric components, crystal oscillators and other electronic product production processes. It can meet the experimental comparison under different test conditions at the same time, saving test time for users.
Features
1. The studio is made of stainless steel plate to ensure the durability of the product. The outer box can be equipped with all stainless steel SUS304 material for easy cleaning.
2. The rectangular vacuum chamber makes the effective volume utilization rate high and can make full use of space.

Principle
The product extracts the air in the box through a vacuum pump to achieve a vacuum state, and combines an independent heating system to heat the studio to realize processes such as defoaming, dehydrating and hardening; optional program control functions can automatically adjust heating, vacuum holding and nitrogen holding time to ensure Stability and conformity of the processing process.

Steps
1. Put the items to be processed into the studio.
2. Adjust the tightness of the door closure to ensure sealing.
3. Set the heating temperature and time as needed.
4. Start the vacuum pump to draw air to the required Vacuum Level.
5. Optional independent nitrogen injection operation.
6. Monitor the processing process and check the status of items through the observation window.
7. After the processing is completed, turn off the heating and vacuum systems and remove the items.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be kept in the range of RT + 5~ 40 ℃.
• Check whether the sealing ring of the box door is intact before use to ensure the Vacuum Level.
• The over-temperature protection temperature control port is an optional function, please confirm the configuration if you want to use it.
• The vacuum pump is an imported model (with "B" logo), pay attention to maintenance to maintain low noise and stable performance.
• Multi-layer Shelf and LED lighting are optional, according to actual needs.
• The program control function is optional, and the operation needs to be performed according to the set parameters.
• Avoid use in humid or corrosion environments to prolong equipment life.
