Measurement range is 0.0~ 300.0Gs, the measurement window is oval, and the size is 14x28mm, which belongs to the general-purpose glossmeter.
Features
1. smart design, no need to check the nominal value
2. Powered by four small nickel-metal hydride rechargeable batteries
3. Display range 50% higher than ordinary glossmeter
4. The measurement window is oval, size 14x28mm
5. Universal glossmeter, Operating language is Chinese
Principle
JFL JFL-BZ60 (smart) glossmeter Glossiness measurement of the sample surface by 60 degrees projection angle, the measurement window is placed on the sample to display the Glossiness value. When the Measured value exceeds 300.0 Gloss unit, the word "OVER" is displayed.
Applications
Paints, Coatings, inks, Plastics, Stone, Flooring, Wood Furniture Surfaces, etc
Standards
ISO-2813、ASTM-D2457、GB9754、GB9966、GB8807
Steps
1. Press the switch, the glossmeter is in Measurement mode
2. Place the glossmeter on the sample and display the value as the Glossiness value of the sample
3. When the Measured value is greater than 300.0 Gloss unit, the word "OVER" is displayed
4. Calibration method: put the measurement window on the black velvet plate, press the "set number/zero" key to display 0.0; use the black Glass standard plate instead of the black velvet class, put it under the measurement window, and press the "calibration/measurement" key to enter the setting state; by pressing the "shift" and "set number/zero" keys, the display value is the same as the nominal value of the black Glass standard plate; put the measurement window on the white ceramic standard plate to verify that the error should not be greater than +/- 1.2 Gloss unit; perform sample measurement after calibrating
Notice
• Measured values greater than 300.0 Gloss units display "OVER"
• Make sure the standard board is clean and free of dirt during the calibrating process
• White ceramic standard board verification error should not be greater than +/- 1.2 Gloss unit
