Overview
YONGLIDA QNB-ISO-4 ISO flow cup (with bracket) is an international general viscosity testing tool designed according to ISO 2431 "Paints and varnishes --- Determination of outflow time with flow cup" (4th edition) and GB/T 6753.4 "Determination of outflow time of coatings --- ISO flow cup method" for the measurement of outflow time of Newtonian or near Newtonian liquids (outflow time within 100 seconds).

Principle
The ISO flow cup assesses viscosity by measuring the time it takes for the liquid to flow out of the cup for a specific volume. When the liquid flows out of a 4mm diameter flow hole, the outflow time is recorded, which is related to the viscosity of the liquid and is suitable for Newtonian or near Newtonian liquids.

Steps
1. Install the ISO flow cup on the bracket to ensure stability
2. Pour the liquid to be tested into the flow cup, pay attention to avoid bubbles
3. Open the flow hole, let the liquid flow out naturally, and start the Timer at the same time.
4. Record the time required for the liquid to completely flow out, that is, the outflow time
5. Clean the flow cup for next use
Notice
• Only for Newtonian or near-Newtonian liquids, with outflow time not exceeding 100 seconds
• Make sure the flow cup and bracket are clean and drying before use to avoid contamination affecting the test results
• Pay attention to safety during operation to avoid liquid splashing
• Regularly check whether the diameter of the flow hole (4mm) is normal, and replace it if there is any abrasion
