Overview
JFL JFL-BZ45 mirror-oriented glossmeter is a smart mirror-oriented glossmeter with a 45-degree projection angle, which is dedicated to the measurement of surface Glossiness of materials such as Plastic films and ceramics. The instrument uses long-life nickel-metal hydride rechargeable batteries, which have the characteristics of small size, high accuracy, stability and reliability. Display range is twice as high as ordinary glossmeters. Measurement range is 0.0~ 300.0G.

Principle
Based on the principle of mirror reflection, JFL-BZ45 mirror glossmeter irradiates the surface of the sample at a projection angle of 45 degrees, and determines the Glossiness value of the sample by measuring the reflected light intensity.

Steps
1. Press the switch, the instrument is in Measurement mode
2. Place the measurement window on the sample, and the value displayed at this time is the Glossiness value of the sample
Note: "OVER" is displayed when the Measured value is greater than 300.0 Gloss unit
Notice
• When the Measured value is greater than 300.0 Gloss unit, the word "OVER" is displayed
• If the display value on the standard board is quite different from the nominal value of the standard board, the glossmeter needs to be calibrated
• After calibrating, the instrument is placed on the white ceramic standard plate, and the error between the display value and the nominal value of the white ceramic standard plate should not be greater than +/- 1.2 Gloss unit, otherwise the standard plate should be considered dirty and other issues
