Overview
JFL JFL-BZ20 paper glossmeter is a smart glossmeter with a Measurement Angles of 20 degrees, which is mainly used for the measurement of Glossiness on paper surfaces such as high-gloss wax paper. The instrument has a Measurement range of 0~ 300GU and is powered by a nickel-metal hydride rechargeable battery. It is suitable for Glossiness detection on the surface of high-Gloss objects.

Principle
The paper glossmeter projects a ray of light at a specific angle (20 degrees) onto the surface of the object to be measured, and measures the Glossiness value of the surface of the object according to the intensity of the reflected light. The instrument converts the reflected light signal into a readable Glossiness value through the built-in Optical inspection system and Detector.

Steps
1. Press the switch button to start the instrument
2. Use shift keys and set/zero keys for parameter setting
3. Aim the measurement positioning mark at the measured object
4. Press the calibration/measurement button for measurement
5. Read measurement results through the display window
Notice
• Make sure the battery is fully charged before use
• When measuring, the measurement positioning mark should be accurately aligned with the measured surface
• Keep the measurement port clean to avoid affecting Measurement accuracy
• Pay attention to the status of the charging indicator light when charging
• Avoid use in a strong light environment
Periodically calibrate instruments to ensure measurement accuracy
