Overview
The JFL JFL-BZ75 glossmeter is a smart glossmeter with a Measurement Angles of 75 °, specially designed for the measurement of Glossiness on paper surfaces such as Coated Paper. The instrument has a Measurement range of 0~ 300 Gloss unit, is powered by a rechargeable battery, and has a long service life. It meets the JJG696 standard production and development requirements.
Features
1. Designed for Coated Paper and other paper surface gloss measurement
2. 75 ° Measurement Angles for Low Gloss Objects
3. Using rechargeable batteries, long service life
4 smart design, easy to operate
5. Measurement range 0~ 300GU to meet paper measurement requirements
Principle
The JFL JFL-BZ75 glossmeter performs gloss measurement on the surface of the object through 75 ° Measurement Angles. When the measurement window is placed on the surface of the sample, the instrument automatically detects and displays the corresponding Glossiness value.
Applications
Coated Paper and other paper surfaces
Standards
JJG696、ISO8254、TAPPI T480、GB8941.1、TAPPI-T480、ISO-8254.3、GB8941.3
Steps

Notice
• When the instrument is placed on the standard board to display a large difference between the value and the nominal value of the standard board, it needs to be calibrated
• After the calibration is completed, the error between the value displayed by the instrument on the white ceramic standard plate and the nominal value should not be greater than +/- 1.2 Gloss unit
• If the error exceeds +/- 1.2 Gloss unit, the standard board should be considered dirty and other issues
• Measured values over 300.0 Gloss units will display the word "OVER"
