The instrument complies with international standards ISO2178, ISO2360 and national standards GB4956, GB4957, and can accurately measure the surface platings Film thickness without damaging the measured object.
1. Using F Probe, it can directly measure the film thickness of the non-magnetic conductive cover layer on the surface of magnetically permeable materials (such as iron, nickel) (such as paints, plastics, enamels, copper, aluminum, zinc, chromium, etc.). 2. Using Nf Probe, it can measure the film thickness of the insulating cover layer on the non-magnetic conductive metal substrate (such as aluminum, copper, zinc, non-magnetic stainless steel), or the film thickness of the anodic oxidation layer of aluminum/aluminum alloy. 3. Probe is equipped with wear-resistant hard metal probe and spring guide sleeve to ensure constant compression force and stable sampling value during hard or rough surface measurement. 4. The AMITTARI AC-110AS Coating thickness gauge works based on the principles of magnetic Induction and eddy Current. For non-magnetically permeable coatings on magnetically permeable substrates, the principle of magnetic Induction is used for measurement; for insulating coatings on non-magnetically permeable metal substrates, the principle of eddy Current is used for measurement. The instrument contacts the coating through the Probe, and the film thickness of the coated platings can be quickly and accurately calculated without destroying the measured object.

1. Select the appropriate Probe (F-type or Nf-type) according to the substrate material to be tested. 2. Before measurement, calibrate the instrument with a standard sheet. 3. Press the Probe vertically and smoothly on the surface of the coating under test. 4. Read the Film thickness value displayed on the display. 5. After the measurement is completed, the instrument can automatically shut down to save power. 6. For data recording and analysis, you can connect to a PC through optional data cables (RS-232C, USB, Bluetooth) and software for operation.
