Overview
RONGHUA INSTRUMENT 85-1 Magnetic Stirrer is easy to operate, uses stepless speed regulation technology, and can precisely and stably stir liquid solutions in a wide speed range of 0 to 2400rpm, especially suitable for small volume samples. This product belongs to the heating type Magnetic Stirrer, which is an ideal tool for modern petroleum, chemical, environmental protection, biochemical, experimental analysis, education and scientific research.
Features
1. Easy to operate, stepless speed regulation
2. Wide stirring speed range (0~ 2400rpm)
3. Precise and stable mixing performance
4. Especially suitable for small sample testing
5. Equipped with heating function (Heating power 250W)
6. Electronic temperature control system
7. Max. Capacity of stirring up to 1000mL
Principle
The Magnetic Stirrer generates a swirl/spin magnetic field through the bottom magnetic drive device, which drives the magnetic stirrer placed in the container to synchronize the swirl/spin, so as to realize the stirring and mixing of the liquid. The electronic temperature control system can precisely control the heating temperature to ensure stable operation within the set Temperature range.
Applications
Petroleum, chemical industry, environmental protection, biochemistry, experimental analysis, education and research
Steps
1. Place the magnetic stirrer in the sample container
2. Place the container on the Stirrer tray
Step 3 Power on
4. Adjust the speed knob to the desired stirring speed
5. For heating, set the desired temperature
Step 6 Start the mixing operation
7. Turn off the power after use, and take out the container and stirrer.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets requirements before use
• The bottom of the container should be in full contact with the working plate
• The stirring speed should be gradually adjusted from the low speed to the desired speed
• Note that the temperature setting does not exceed 100 ° C when heating
• Do not operate at high speed for a long time under no load
• Please disconnect the power supply when cleaning
• Avoid liquid splashing into the equipment
