Overview
RONGHUA INSTRUMENT 99-1 High-power magnetic heating Stirrer is a laboratory Stir equipment with easy operation and wide speed regulation range. It can perform precise and stable Stir on liquid solutions in the range of 0 to 2600 rpm, especially suitable for small volume samples. The maximum Stir capacity can reach 10L (10000ml). The equipment integrates heating function and is a powerful tool for modern petroleum, chemical industry, environmental protection, biochemistry, experimental analysis, education and scientific research.
Features
1. High power Stir, maximum Stir capacity up to 10L.
2. Stepless speed regulation, with a wide speed range (0 to 2600 rpm).
3. With heating function, the heating power is 600W.
4. The working surface is large, with a size of 300 x 300mm.
5. Easy to operate, stable operation.
Principle
The Magnetic Stirrer uses the swirl/spin magnetic field in the base to drive the magnetic Stir in the container to synchronize the swirl/spin, so as to realize the Stir mixing of the liquid. The heated Stirrer heats the container through the heating plate at the bottom while Stir to achieve the heating Stir or thermostatic control of the sample.
Applications
Petroleum, chemical industry, environmental protection, biochemistry, experimental analysis, education and research

Steps
1. Place the Stirrer on a stable bench.
2. According to the size of the container and the properties of the solution, select the appropriate magnetic Stir into the container.
3. Place the container containing the Stirrer and the solution in the center of the Stirrer work plate.
4. Turn on the power supply.
5. swirl/spin speed knob, gradually adjust from low speed to the desired speed.
6. If heating is required, turn on the heating switch and set the desired temperature.
7. After use, first adjust the speed control knob to the lowest level, turn off the heating switch, and then turn off the power supply.
8. After the equipment is chilled down, remove the container and clean the Stir and countertop.
Notice
* Please place the equipment on a smooth, drying, ventilated countertop for use.
The bottom of the container should be flat and in good contact with the working plate surface to ensure stable Stir and uniform heating.
When adjusting the speed, it should be slow and steady to avoid sudden changes in speed.
Do not burn when heating (no container is placed on the work plate), and pay attention to high-temperature surfaces to prevent burns.
* Stirs need to be handled carefully to avoid falling or strong collisions.
Do not allow liquids to flow into the device to prevent short circuits or damage.
* After use, it should be cleaned in time to keep the equipment drying.
* If not in use for a long time, please unplug the power supply.
