Overview
RONGHUA INSTRUMENT JB-3 Magnetic Stirrer is a thermostatic magnetic heating Stirrer with timing and bi-directional Stir function. It uses strong magnets and large-capacity Stir motors, with a maximum Stir capacity of 3000ml, suitable for petroleum, chemical, environmental protection, biochemical laboratories, analysis rooms, and education and research.

Principle
The Magnetic Stirrer generates a swirl/spin magnetic field through a magnetic drive device in the base, which drives the magnetic Stir placed in the container to synchronize the swirl/spin, so as to realize the mixing of the liquid Stir. At the same time, its built-in heating device can heat the bottom of the container and maintain the set temperature through a point-connected temperature control system.

Steps
1. Place the Stirrer on a stable countertop and turn on the power.
2. Place the container containing the liquid in the center of the working plate and place the appropriate magnetic Stir.
3. If heating is required, set the desired temperature through the temperature control knob.
4. Stir the desired speed through the speed knob.
5. If timing is required, set the required working time (0 to 120 minutes) through the timing knob.
6. Start the equipment and start Stirring (and heating) work.
7. After the work is completed, turn off the power and remove the container and Stir.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is placed on a smooth, drying, well-ventilated countertop for use.
• The bottom of the container should be flat and in good contact with the heating plate to ensure Stirring effect and heating efficiency.
• Do not touch the heating plate while the equipment is working to avoid burns.
• Please choose the container and liquid volume reasonably according to the maximum Stir capacity (3000ml) to avoid overloading.
• Please clean the working surface in time after use.
• Please follow the electrical safety specifications for the equipment.
