Overview
RONGHUA INSTRUMENT JB-4 is a timed two-way electronic thermostatic magnetic heating Stirrer. It uses strong magnets and large-capacity Stir motors. The whole machine is beautiful and easy to operate. It has two-way Stir and timing functions. The maximum Stir capacity is 3000ml. It is an ideal tool for petroleum, chemical, environmental protection, biochemical laboratories, analysis rooms and education and scientific research fields.

Principle
The magnetic heating Stirrer generates a swirl/spin magnetic field through a strong magnet at the bottom, which drives the Stirrer placed in the container to synchronize the swirl/spin, thus realizing the mixing of the liquid. At the same time, the built-in heating device can heat the sample in the container and maintain the set temperature under the precise control of the electronic temperature control system.

Steps
1. Place the Stirrer on a stable countertop and turn on the power.
2. According to the experimental requirements, place the container containing the sample and Stir in the center of the working plate.
3. If heating is required, set the desired temperature through the temperature control knob or button.
4. Stir the desired speed through the speed knob.
5. If timing is required, set the required working time (0 to 120 minutes) through the timing function.
6. Select the Stir direction (forward or reverse) and start the device to work.
7. After the work is completed, turn off the power and remove the container.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is placed on a smooth, drying, well-ventilated countertop for use.
• The bottom of the container should be flat and in good contact with the working plate to ensure Stirring and heating effect.
• Do not touch the heating plate while the equipment is working to avoid burns.
• The stirring speed should be adjusted slowly from low to high to avoid sudden high-speed start causing liquid splashing.
• Please clean the working surface in time after use to keep the equipment clean.
Do not allow liquids to flow into the device to prevent short circuits or damage to electrical components.
• When not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply.
