The 3NH NHG60M gloss measurement instrument is a precision gloss measurement instrument with a small measurement aperture. The Measuring Area size is about 1.5x2mm. It adopts a full touch menu Operating interface for the measurement of the surface Glossiness of the paint film layer of Coating paints. The instrument has three Operating Modes to meet the needs of different users in the measurement coating Glossiness. It meets national and international standards and is a high-quality gloss measurement instrument.

Principle
The NHG60M gloss measurement instrument performs Glossiness detection on the coating surface through the Measuring Area, and uses precision Optical inspection components and electronic technology to implement fast and accurate measurement.

Steps
1. Press and hold the switch/measurement button for 3 seconds to turn it on.
2, short press the switch/measurement button for measurement.
3. View measurement data and operation navigation through the color display.
4. Calibrate the instrument with the built-in Calibration plate of the protective cover.
5. Connect to a PC or printer through the RS-232/USB interface for data transmission or printing.
Notice
• Avoid use and storage in humid, strong electromagnetic interference, dusty, and strong light environments.
The recommended storage environment is a standard laboratory environment (temperature 20 degrees Celsius, 1 standard atmosphere, Humidity 50~ 70% RH).
• The standard board is a precision Optical inspection component to avoid bumping, soiling the working surface, and strong light exposure.
• The standard board is regularly wiped clean with a soft wipe cloth dipped in alcohol.
