The Defelsko 20mm Accessories set (pull-out) is a dedicated Accessories set for use with the Pull-off adhesion tester, especially suitable for adhesion measurement of high viscosity coatings such as metallic coatings. Measurement range is 0~ 3000psi (0-20MPa). The Accessories set includes 20mm kit, 20mm kit transparent sleeve and 20mm edge trimmer, and is an optional Accessories for Pull-off adhesion tester testing.

Principle
Accessories group by 20mm kit in contact with the surface of the coating under test, under the pull of the pull-off adhesion tester, the adhesion value between the measurement coating and the substrate, a transparent sleeve for protecting the measurement process, trimmer to ensure the precise definition of the test area.

Metallic coatings and other high adhesion coatings
Steps
1. Use a 20mm trimmer to delineate the test area on the coating surface
2. Install 20mm kit and put on transparent sleeve
3. Connect the Accessories group to the Pull-off adhesion tester
4. Conduct tensile testing according to instrument operating specifications
5. Read and record adhesion measurement results
