Overview
RONGHUA INSTRUMENT DHG-9070 electric thermostatic blast drying oven is a 70L volume laboratory drying equipment. Its Inner chamber dimensions are 350 * 450 * 450mm, using iron liner, equipped with intelligent digital display screen and observation window, Temperature range is room temperature + 10 ℃ to 300 ℃, suitable for thermostatic drying, baking and other heat treatment of samples.
Features
1. Intelligent digital display temperature control system, intuitive operation.
2. Equipped with a blast function to ensure uniform temperature in the box.
3. With an observation window, it is convenient to check the sample status in the box in real time.
4. Temperature range, up to RT + 10~ 300 ℃.
5. Temperature Fluctuation is small, the accuracy is +/- 1 ℃.
Principle
The drying oven heats the air through the built-in electric heating tube, and uses the blast system to force the hot air to circulate inside the studio to form a uniform and stable high temperature environment. The intelligent temperature control system monitors and adjusts the heating power in real time to maintain the set temperature and realize the thermostatic drying or heat treatment of the sample.
Applications
Laboratory sample drying, material baking, heat treatment, industrial parts drying, electronic component aging testing
Standards
The data did not mention specific compliance criteria.
Steps
1. Place the drying oven in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
2. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch.
3. Set the required temperature and working time through the smart digital display panel.
4. Put the sample to be processed into the studio and close the box door.
5. Start the equipment and start the heating operation.
6. During the working process, the internal situation can be viewed through the observation window.
7. After the work is over, turn off the power supply and take out the sample after the temperature in the box naturally chills down.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated environment free of flammable and explosive materials.
• Do not dry flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosive items.
• When placing the sample, do not block the air duct in the box to ensure uniform temperature.
• When taking samples, please wear thermal gloves to prevent burns.
• When the equipment is running, the surface temperature of the box may be high, please do not touch it.
• When not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply.
• Be sure to cut off the power before cleaning, until the equipment is completely chilled down.
In the event of an abnormal situation, the power should be cut off immediately and a professional should be contacted.
