Overview
RONGHUA INSTRUMENT DZF-6210 Vacuum oven is an intelligent digital temperature control equipment. Temperature range is RT + 50~ 250 ℃. Inner chamber dimensions are 560 * 640 * 600mm and the volume is 215L. It adopts stainless steel liner, double-decked tempered bulletproof glass door, and is equipped with direct-connected vacuum pump and vacuum electromagnetic inflation valve. Power input is 2160W.

Principle
Vacuum ovens heat the chamber with an intelligent digital temperature control system and use a direct-connected vacuum pump to reduce internal pressure to accelerate water evaporation. Vacuum electromagnetic inflatable valves are used to control gas in and out, ensuring that the drying process is carried out at the set Vacuum Level.

Steps
1. Place the sample in the studio and close the bulletproof glass door.
2. Set the required temperature and Vacuum Level parameters.
3. Start the vacuum pump for vacuuming operation.
4. Monitor Temperature and Vacuum Level until drying is complete.
5. Use a vacuum electromagnetic inflatable valve to restore normal pressure and then remove the sample.
Notice
• Make sure the equipment is well grounded before use to avoid the risk of electric shock.
• Do not touch high-temperature parts during operation to prevent burns.
• Regularly check the vacuum pump and valves to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Use a soft cloth when cleaning to avoid scratching stainless steel liners and Glass doors.
