Overview
TQC VF2106 single-channe Fineness Gauge is a precision scraper fineness grindometer with a range of 0-50μm, hardened and polished tool steel with an accuracy of +/- 2μm. This product is widely used in the detection of particle size and fineness of grinding such as Coating colorants, paints varnish, pigment filler, etc.

Principle
The Fineness Gauge scrapes the sample on the single-channe scraper by a drawdown blade, detects the particle size and fineness of grinding according to the groove depth change, and reads the fineness value using a precision scale.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample and place it on the scraper.
2. Use a drawdown blade to scrape the sample evenly along the groove.
3. Observe and read the fineness scale value in the groove.
