The TQC VF2107 single-channe Fineness Gauge is a precision instrument for the measurement of particle size and fineness of grinding, with a range of 0-100μm, hardened and polished tool steel with an accuracy of +/- 2μm. It is widely used for fineness detection in the fields of Coating colorants, paints varnish, pigment filler, etc.

Principle
The product uses a single-channe scraper design to measure the fineness of sample particles on a precise scale. The user places the sample in the groove, scrapes it flat with a drawdown blade, and reads the particle size according to the scale to achieve fast and accurate fineness of ground detection.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample and place it in single-channe.
2. Use a drawdown blade to evenly scrape the surface of the sample.
3. Read the particle fineness value according to the scale.
